Bush Carrier Strike Group), Undersea Warfighting Development Center, and Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 28 pose for a photograph after a chief petty officer pinning ceremony at CSG-4’s headquarters on board Naval Station Norfolk, Sept. 29, 2023.
