After a strong gust of wind, soldiers of 3rd Platoon, Company B, 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment platoon fix the mementos left behind for their fallen comrade, Staff Sgt. Wesley Williams after the memorial ceremony Dec. 15, here. Williams, a squad leader with 1st Bn., 38th Inf.
