Capt. Bana Barquoi, Armed Forces of Liberia and a U.S. Army Soldier, 3rd 126 Infantry Battalion, train together during a mass casualty exercise, as Rush University partners with the Michigan National Guard and the Armed Forces of Liberia through the National Guard State Partnership Program (SPP) to offer an Advance Trama Training Program. The National Guard Command and their international partners, Soldiers, Airmen, and international medical personnel train side-by-side, just as they would operate and fight side-by-side in a disaster management situation.
