STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- International students from Indonesia and the Philippines familiarize themselves with outboard engines during an Outboard Motor Maintenance and Overhaul (OBM) course at the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS). The course provides foreign security force professionals with the training necessary to maintain, repair, and extend the service lifecycle of an outboard engine.
NAVSCIATTS is a security cooperation schoolhouse operating under U.S. Special Operations Command in support of foreign security assistance and geographic combatant commanders’ theater security cooperation priorities.
