Officers of the Saratoga Springs police department clear a room where simulated victims and casualties of an active shooter scenario are at Camp Williams, Utah, Dec. 12, 2012. The scenario, conducted by the 640th Regimental Training Institute, involved both members of the Utah National Guardsmen and local community partners from both Saratoga Springs and Bluffdale that helped clear the building, treat casualties and conduct a medical evacuation.
