Stationed at Malmstrom for only 9 months, McNeal has excelled as an immunizations technician in the delivery of reliable vaccination requirements in support of 8,088 TRICARE beneficiaries. In anticipation for the upcoming flu season, McNeal has already prepared to manage a fourfold increase in workload requirements where he will be tasked to deliver up to 300 daily immunizations and has already programmed $128,000 in medical supply requirements to meet the upcoming demand.
