The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) conducts an underway replenishment alongside Military Sealift Command dry cargo ship USNS William Mclean as part of Cutlass Fury 2023. Cutlass Fury 2023 (CF 23) is a biennial, medium scale exercise off the coast of Nova Scotia. With a purpose of providing a joint, multi-threat environment, CF 23 exercises Canadas Atlantic fleet, Allied Navies, & other joint elements in tactical level warfare; having a strong emphasis on air maritime integration and ASW.
