Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, Ashish S. Vazirani presents The Spirit of Hope Award to U.S. Marines Capt. Jergen D. Campbell at the Hall of Heroes in the Pentagon, Washington, D.C., Sept. 14, 2023. The Spirit of Hope Award was created in honor of comedian and actor Mr. Bob Hope, who gave generously to American Service Members.
