Sahara Graft, an aircraft commander with Patrol and Reconnaissance Squadron (VP) 45 “The Pelicans” stationed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Fla. Topshee and an RCN delegation toured a P-8A Poseidon multi-mission maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft while taking part in maritime staff talks hosted by Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command.
