The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence honored its Instructors of the Quarter for the 3rd and 4th quarters of Fiscal Year 2023 in a ceremony at Fort Novosel, Ala., September 13, 2023.
The winners for the 3rd Quarter are:
The Officer Academic Instructor of the Quarter Capt. Edmund C. Preisser, 1st Aviation Brigade; the NCO Flight Instructor of the Quarter Staff Sgt. Bryan C. Leitch, 110th Aviation Brigade; the Civilian Flight Instructor of the Quarter Joseph E. Roughneen, 110th Aviation Brigade; and the Officer Flight Instructor of the Quarter Chief Warrant Officer 2 George L. Howard, 110th Aviation Brigade. (Not pictured are: the NCO Academic Instructor of the Quarter Staff Sgt. Andrew C. Goff, 128th Aviation Brigade; and the Civilian Academic Instructor of the Quarter Brian P.
