Brig. Gen. Steven Busby, commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing and an Akron, Ohio, native, reads a letter of congratulation from inspectors with the U.S. Navy Naval Air Systems Command at Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 465, aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Dec. 14. Five Marines with the squadron received special recognition from Busby for outstanding work during the inspection.
