Fort Hamilton's annual Patriot Day/9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance Ceremony was held Sept. 8, 2023, at the Fort Hamilton Community Club. Quinn lost his brother when the World Trade Center towers fell on Sept. 11, 2001. The ceremony remembered the lives lost on that day 22 years ago and the lives lost since defending the nation.
