Tim Minton (right), the President of Operation Coming Home presents the keys to a new home to Lance Cpl. Richie Chavis (red shirt). Chavis, a bilateral amputee who was injured by an improvised explosive device while on deployment in Helmand province, Afghanistan, is the fourth recipient of a new house. Since 2007, the members of Operation Coming Home have tirelessly worked to provide homes for injured veterans and plan on providing two more homes next year.
