Col. Kurt Anderson assumed command of the 136th Operations Group from Col. Dave DeMarque, who then retired after 34 distinguished years of service at Naval Air
Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. The 136th Operations Group consists of the 181st Airlift Squadron, 136th Operations Support Squadron, and the 136th Contingency Response Flight.
