Members of the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s Troop C, 1st Squadron, 105th Cavalry Regiment took part in Tamiok Strike 2023 in Papua New Guinea July 31-Aug. 11. This year, Tamiok Strike was truly a joint and partnered effort, with service members from the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, Wisconsin Army National Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, New York Air National Guard, Papua New Guinea Defence Force, and logistical help from the Australian Defence Force all coming together to ensure a successful and beneficial exercise. 8th Theater Support Command photo
