Musician 1st Class John Manganon, from Elk Grove, Calif., is interviewed by FOX5, Washington D.C., reporter Tucker Barnes in advance of the Navy Band Brass Quartet appearance on the morning news show. The quartet was on site at National Harbor to promote the Concert Band’s upcoming Labor Day weekend concert. Members of the Concert Band often perform in smaller units such as the Brass Quartet for ceremonial missions, Music in the School events, or any other engagement that requires a smaller footprint than the larger 83 piece Concert Band.
