United States Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey Garrison Commander Col. Loyd Brown and Seongnam City Mayor Shin Sang-Jin signed a Memorandum of Understanding at Seongnam City Hall in Seongnam, South Korea, Aug. 31, 2023. The MOU signing signifies the agreement to promote cultural exchanges to build and strengthen the cultural understanding and relationship between both communities.
