A U.S. Marine KC-130J Hercules with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 252, Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, taxis on the runway at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina, Aug. 18, 2023. VMGR-252 landed at MCAS Beaufort to transport an Improved Fresnel Lens Optical Landing System (IFLOLS) to MCAS Cherry Point. An IFLOLS is used to give glidepath information to pilots during landing.
