A U.S. Air Force pilot identifies a simulated target on an AC-130J Ghostrider gunship assigned to the 73rd Special Operations Squadron during an exercise with the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing in Jordan, July 23, 2023. The Ghostrider's primary missions are close air support, air interdiction and armed reconnaissance and is capable of extremely accurate navigation due to the fully integrated navigation systems with dual inertial navigation systems and global positioning system.
