Senior leaders across the National Guard meet with junior enlisted service members for a speed mentoring session during the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States, known as EANGUS, National Conference, Aug. 14, 2023, near Rochester, Minnesota.
More than 1,000 National Guard Airmen, Soldiers, retirees, and their family members gather from across the U.S.'s 54 states and territories gather for the 52nd annual EANGUS national conference August 13-17, 2023. Hosted by the Minnesota National Guard's Enlisted Association, the conference featured numerous distinguished guest speakers, vendors, and related events held across the area.
