NORFOLK, Va. (Aug. 11, 2023) Retired Adm. James Foggo III, for Large Scale Exercise (LSE) 2023, speaks with members of the media on the watch floor of the Naval Warfare Development Center during LSE 2023 in Norfolk, Va. LSE 2023 merges real-world operations with virtually constructed scenarios to create a realistic training environment that allows our Sailors and Marines to train the way we fight, regardless of geographic boundaries.
