Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuel) 3rd Class David Collins, from Anchorage, Alaska, assigned to the world’s largest aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, collects a fuel sample during a refueling-at-sea with USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195), Aug. 9, 2023. Forces from Standing NATO Maritime Group 2 and the Gerald R.
