U.S. Army Reserve Col. Andrea Bowers (left), 1984th US Army Hospital-Pacific Brigade Executive Officer and Guam Wellness Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Officer in Charge, and Vice Speaker of the Guam Legislature, Tina Muna Barnes hold the Resolution given in recognition of the hard work completed during the IRT, Aug. 10, at Calvo Field House at the University of Guam. Guam Wellness IRT is a joint multicomponent and interagency program with the Department of Defense and the Department of Public Health and Social Services that leverages military contributions and community resources to multiply value and cost savings for participants.
