U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 146th Airlift Wing conduct a confined space exercise by utilizing a dummy to practice and evaluate how to successfully stabilize and extract an Airman who has lost consciousness inside the wing of a C-130J on Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, Port Hueneme, California, Aug. 6, 2023. Fuel Systems Maintenance Airmen provided emergency CPR on the wing of the aircraft, and the Ventura County Naval Base Fire Department was called and assisted by getting the dummy safely down from the plane.
