Point Mugu, Calif. (August 03, 2023) Sailors, assigned to Naval Mobile Battalion (NMCB) 4, use a 40-ton mobile hydraulic crane to off load a aircraft support equipment from a trailer. NMCB 4 is implementing a robust construction skill training plan to prepare for a dynamic mission set throughout the US Indo-Pacific Command in support of Commander, 7th Fleet objectives.
