Marine Reservists from the 3d Civil Affairs Group conduct a community survey with a resident of Nueces County during IRT Nueces 2023. Surveys were performed both on behalf of, and in conjunction with, Nueces County Government, to identify delinquencies in infrastructure and services. IRT, or Innovative Readiness Training is a program that combines military training exercises with community service projects to provide mutual benefits for both the military and the local communities.
