Mike Morrison, 56th RQS NCO in charge of standards and evaluations and native of Salisbury, Mo., raises the hoist before the HH-60G Pave Hawk departs Dec. 1, 2012. According to Claus, the 56th RQS’s combat search and rescue capabilities, which allow it to execute all-weather search and rescue missions day or night including those in hostile environments, made it an ideal unit to team up with to deliver Christmas cheer.
