CARTAGENA, Colombia (July 17, 2023) - Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday arrives aboard Colombia's flagship ARC Gloria, during a visit to Cartagena, Colombia, for UNITAS, July 17. UNITAS, now in its 64th year, is the world’s longest-running annual multinational maritime exercise, which enhances interoperability among multiple nations and joint forces during littoral, amphibious, and unmanned operations to further strengthen partnerships and promote peace, stability, and prosperity in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
