A soldier in desert camouflage uniform and helmet is using a derelict, heavily rusted vehicle as a firing position in an arid desert environment. The soldier is aiming a scoped semi-automatic rifle, likely an M14 EBR or similar designated marksman rifle, over the hood of the abandoned vehicle. The setting and uniform pattern suggest a Middle Eastern or desert operational environment.
