U.S. Army Lt. Col. Chris Henderson from the General Officer Management Office (GOMO) and Ms. Annette Smith from the Senior Leader Development Office (SLDO), brief Col. Jeremy Abrams and Maj. Matt Skoglund on career progression avenues during a visit July 8 – 10 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. This event enabled approximately 60 senior officers and non-commissioned officers to engage in one-on-one records reviews with GOMO / SLDO representatives. These sessions allowed for a comprehensive assessment of individual records, fostering valuable discussions and guidance regarding career progression and development opportunities.
