John Erdman (back), TEC University training specialist, observes students of the Advanced Instructor Course present their capstone project to classmates at Camp Nymindegab, Denmark, July 6, 2023. Erdman was one of four I.G. Brown Training and Education Center members to visit the Danish Home Guard Training Center and observe their instructor courses. The courses are part of the Military Reserve Exchange Program, where U.S. National Guard and Reserve members of the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines join with international forces in a six-day training event hosted by the Danish Home Guard.
