A Green Beret assigned to 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) has his blood drawn as part of a medical study on Fort Carson, Colorado, June 27, 2023. The University of Nevada, Las Vegas conducted the study to find out the effect blood donation has on one’s physical performance. The Operators participating were required to wear hearing and vision suppressors during the process to prevent them from knowing whether their blood was drawn or not.
