    1)Oregon Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the FEMA Region 10 CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) receive training in the proper techniques of decontamination during a week-long Mass Casualty Decontamination Course provided by an Army Interagency Training and Education Center mobile training team, held at Camp Rilea near Warrenton, Or., June 28th, 2023. CERFP is a National Guard initiative to provide immediate response capabilities to states and territories in times of natural disasters or civil emergencies. Each of the 10 FEMA regions have at least one CERFP, with each containing elements specializing in command and control, joint communications, search and extraction, decontamination, medical and fatality search and recovery.
