Judy Biddle, Air Force Civil Engineer Center Natural Disaster Recovery Division execution branch chief, welcomes and presents an overview of the Rehearsal of Concepts, or ROC Drill, at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, May 25, 2023.
The ROC Drill allows engineers, planners and operational stakeholders to visually analyze Tyndall’s southside construction and discuss the progress of the rebuild. It helps minimize the impact of construction on the installation’s missions by reviewing logistics, identifying coordination efforts with other projects and determining additional security needs, potential conflicts and mitigating efforts required.
