U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jerred O’Neal, a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) instructor with the Utah National Guard CBRN Task Force, trains members of the Ghana Armed Forces during African Lion 2023 in Tamale, Ghana, June 5, 2023, on the different CBRN components to be aware of in hazardous environments. African Lion is an annual training event between the U.S., Ghana, Morocco, Senegal, and Tunisia and is designed to build interoperability and strengthen partnerships.
