Xcaret Duran-Fernandez, an Animal Health Technician for Public Health Activity on Fort Cavazos, Texas teaches how to properly assess and treat hemorrhages for Military Working Dogs (MWD) during the annual Joint Emergency Medicine Exercise 2023 (JEMX-23) on June 6, 2023.
