FORT LIBERTY, N.C. – The command team of the XVIII Airborne Corps uncases and unfurl the new Garrison colors for Fort Liberty on the Main Post Parade Field during the Redesignation Ceremony June 2, 2023, on Fort Liberty, N.C. The uncasing of a unit's colors is a time-honored Army tradition where the unit's flag is taken out of its cloth case and unrolled to symbolize the return of a unit to garrison from a deployed operation.
