Members from the Philippine Coast Guard, Japan Coast Guard, U.S. Coast Guard and government officials from each country stand-arm and-arm with each other following the arrival of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752) and the Japan Coast Guard Vessel Akitsushima (PLH 32) to Manila, Philippines, for a trilateral engagement between the three coast guards, June 1.
