Soldiers assigned to the 23rd Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Battalion conduct a Change of Command Ceremony for the 718th Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Company, bidding farewell to the outgoing commander, Capt. James Yan, and welcoming Capt. Darius Rivera as the new company commander–presided by Lt. Col. Raul Salinas, commander of the 23rd CBRNE Battalion, on May 10th, 2023, at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
