Service members with the Wisconsin National Guard and other units conduct training May 5, 2023, near the Medical Simulation Training Center at Fort McCoy, to support an operation that was part of a medical exercise called Operation Ouija. During the training, medics were running point of injury and prolonged casualty-care, medical evacuation scenarios out of multiple locations.
