Brig. Gen. Dean Milner, deputy commanding general (Canada), III Corps and Fort Hood, speaks to senior leaders and distinguished guests, including Santa Claus, during the Santa’s Workshop Grand Opening ribbon cutting ceremony held at the Tax Center on Fort Hood Nov. 1. Alongside Milner was Carolyn Crissman, president of SWS, who also spoke to the gathered crowd during the ceremony. Milner thanked the volunteers of SWS and applauded their time and commitment towards the non-profit organization. The SWS makes it possible for children of financially-restricted parents to enjoy the Dec. holiday. Last year alone, more than 3,600 kids were helped by SWS. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
