    50th Public Affairs Detachment

    Capt. Neil Stark, commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 18th Fires Brigade, provides a safety brief to his soldiers prior to the start of the Viper Challenge on Fort Bragg, N.C., Oct. 30. Stark created the Viper Challenge along with his first sergeant and executive officer to provide his battery with an opportunity to showcase their basic soldier skills.
