SAN DIEGO (May 23, 2023) – Sailors assigned to USS Boxer (LHD 4) and Commanding Officer Capt. Matthew Cieslukowski cut a cake during an observation of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPIHM) on the mess decks. Every May, the Navy celebrates AAPIHM to honor the many contributions Asian American and Pacific Islander Sailors have made and continue to make to our force.
