(May 13, 2023) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Ethan Ozmanbrando, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, drives nails into a plank to construct a timber bunker. NMCB 4 is currently conducting Field Training Exercise Turning Point to become the ready-to-deploy battalion for the Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
