    Army Reserve Mariners aboard the Maj. Gen. Robert Smalls (LSV 8) lower the front ramp at Kuwait Naval Base, Kuwait, Oct. 27. The Maj. Gen. Robert Smalls is more than 300 feet long and has the ability to transport all types of military and civilian cargo, such as vehicles, large containers and various types of equipment.
