    Sgt. Maj. Todd Parisi, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit sergeant major, motivates the Marines and sailors assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), before a U.S. Marine Corps birthday celebration aboard the USS Wasp (LHD 1), Nov. 10, 2012.
