Brig. Gen. Laura McHugh, deputy adjutant general-Army, stands with U.S. Army Maj. Ian Swisher, 103rd Brigade Engineering Battalion, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, the individual overall top shot in the Adjutant General’s Combined Arms Match (TAG Match) May 14 at Fort Indiantown Gap. The competition consisted of seven teams competing in six events May 12-14. The top overall team will represent Pa. in the 2023 Marksmanship Advisory Council II Regional Marksmanship Sustainment Exercise in August.
