From 11 to 12 May, 2023 5-17 Air Cavalry Squadron held their spur ride. The candidates, known as shave tails, spent a grueling day taking on an obstacle course, combat water survival training, weapon assembly and disassembly, a gas chamber and tactical combat casualty care.
