NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (April 28, 2023) Educators walk the younger children around the courtyard of the Child Development Center (CDC) at Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota while listening to traditional Spanish music during the center’s feria event, April 28, 2023. The event included sevillanas performances by toddlers and preschoolers, carnival activities for all ages, and tapas for families. As the "Gateway to the Mediterranean,” NAVSTA Rota provides U.S, NATO and allied forces a strategic hub for operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
