The image shows military personnel, likely U.S. Marines based on their MARPAT camouflage uniforms, on what appears to be the flight deck of a naval vessel. One service member is kneeling and operating a camera on a monopod, suggesting a documentation or public affairs role. A helicopter with the number '13' is visible in the background, and other personnel in white deck crew vests are present.
